Incal Extractor

Unpack password-protected incal archives from the ESDN drive. Select engine code folders, view calibration details, and extract to original extension, .xcal, or .cal.

Convert extracted .xcal / .cal (Intel-HEX) calibrations into flat .bin files for tuning tools such as WinOLS, with configurable gap fill and base address options.

File Fetcher

Search the PAT server and download calibrations without a mapped drive. Search by engine code or ECM code, with optional extract-after-download.

Repack Incal

Pack a modified .xcal back into an incal that INCAL/INSITE accepts. Optional Intel-HEX checksum verification and auto-correct before repacking.

ESDN Date

Edit the INCAL dataset date that INSITE displays in esdninfo.dat, with automatic backup before save.

HWID-based licensing with online verification. In-app Check Update fetches the latest installer from pat-update.com.

How do I activate the tool?

On first launch, send your Hardware ID (HWID) to PAT or your reseller to receive a license key. Each license is locked to one PC with online verification at launch.

Keeping update.json in sync

When publishing a new build, update both /api/pat_incal_tool/update.json (used by the app) and /updates/patincalxcal/update.json (used by this page).
